Shipping policy

Blank Cheque Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Blank Cheque Trading Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders from Rockhampton, Queensland.

1. Where we ship

  • Australia-wide delivery only
  • We do not ship internationally

2. What we ship
We ship:

  • Alcoholic spirits (age-restricted goods)
  • Merchandise e.g., apparel, barware and branded items)

If your cart includes both spirits and merchandise, we may ship them together or separately depending on packaging and stock availability.

3. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are a flat rate based on the shipping option selected.

Any free shipping offers, thresholds, or promotions (if running) will be displayed at checkout or on our website.

4. Order processing times

  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays).
  • During launches, promotions, or peak periods, dispatch may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

5. Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
Delivery times vary by carrier and location. As a general guide:

  • Metro areas: ~ 2–7 business days
  • Regional/remote areas: ~ 5–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, network congestion, or peak-season demand.

6. Carriers & Tracking
We ship using Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email, and
  • Tracking details (where available)

7. Authority to leave & safe delivery
If we ship alcohol, deliveries will need to be attended deliveries (someone must answer the door). Authority to leave may not be available for all orders. (This is to help ensure alcohol is not left unattended).

8. Age verification (alcohol)
By purchasing spirits or liqueur (alcohol) from our store, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, and
  • The recipient is 18 years or older

On delivery, the driver may request valid photo ID to confirm age. If acceptable ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused and returned to sender. 

9. Refusal of delivery
For responsible service and compliance, delivery may be refused if:

  • No person 18+ is available to receive the parcel, or
  • The driver reasonably believes the recipient is under 18 or intoxicated

If delivery is refused and returned, you may need to pay re-delivery fees, and/or a return shipping cost may be deducted from any refund, and/or a reshelving fee (where applicable).

10. Address requirements (including PO Boxes)
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We do not ship alcohol to PO Boxes - and we may decline any order where a PO Box is provided.
  • To keep things simple, we recommend using a street address for all orders (including merchandise).

11. Damaged items in transit
We pack orders carefully, but if your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product(s)
2. Email us at sales@blankcheque.com.au within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible)

We’ll assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

12. Lost parcels / delivery issues
Blank Cheque Trading Co. will not be liable for any lost parcels or delivery issues once it has left our store and we have emailed to advise your items are sent and/or provided tracking information. 

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order (or it appears lost in transit), contact us at sales@blankcheque.com.au with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Tracking number (if applicable)

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and keep you updated. Please note if we have exhausted all methods of investigation there is nothing further we will be able to assist or provide including a refund, re-delivery or store credit.

13. Changes & cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us ASAP at sales@blankcheque.com.au.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change or cancel it.
