Matured for 2 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in a single Dark Czech Lager barrel.

TASTING NOTES

Nose
Rich sultanas lead on the nose, deep and inviting, unfolding into creamy porridge oats. Layers of brown sugar add a soft, rounded sweetness, while a gentle hint of cinnamon weaves through, giving warmth and subtle spice.

Palate
Sweet toffee opens on the palate, immediately rich and coating, before giving way to a core of sultanas. This sweetness gently recedes, evolving into warm, creamy porridge oats that bring a soft, comforting texture and balance.

Finish
The finish lingers with rich cocoa and soft sweetness, complemented by notes of toasted almonds. A long, gentle warmth builds, reminiscent of hot cocoa, before tapering into a subtle, nutty drying fade.
